Evaluating the client’s existing film portfolio against the competitive landscape and customer requirements surfaced specific, previously unassessed vulnerabilities — supplier continuity risk, certification gaps, and documentation insufficiency for customer validation packages. None were fatal, but each was a knowable risk the client had been carrying unknowingly, and each had a clear remediation path.
