Strategies rarely fail on analysis. They fail because nobody owned them.
What the Framework Reveals
Turning strategic clarity into a plan the organization will own
3
things that have to hold at once: rigor, alignment, execution readiness
1
deliverable this phase measures itself by: genuine buy-in, not surface consensus
0
outsiders who can replicate the client team's knowledge of real constraints
Clarity about a problem does not produce a plan, and this is where strategic work most often stalls. Unlike the phases before it, this one is deliberately collaborative — the client team carries knowledge about constraints and feasibility no outsider can replicate. Three things have to hold at once: analytical rigor, so the plan doesn't become political compromise; genuine alignment rather than surface consensus; and execution readiness.
