Our Solution

We developed a new positioning strategy for the firm that combined the technical with the customer demands for cell therapy applications. The process started with interviews across the various company functions, independent analysis of the firm’s capabilities, a review of the competitive landscape, what clients are saying about them and how they work with clients.

 

We then worked with the team to identify specific unmet needs so that we could align the Company’s new messaging strategy against these unmet needs. Due to the recentness of the firm’s new strategy, there were gaps in the firm’s content that would allow the Company to position fully. Consequently, our team conducted research on the missing pieces and generated content and messaging to support and enhance the positioning solution.
