ABOUT KIRAN
Kiran lead’s MKA’s global strategy practice. She is an experienced leader on topics including finance, strategy and marketing, Kiran works closely with small to mid-size firms on business planning, market penetration strategies, competitive positioning, scale up and globalization.
Kiran has nearly a decade of experience in mergers & acquisitions, integrations. marketing strategy and channel strategies at the business unit level in companies such as Thermo Fisher and GE. During which time, she was called upon to lead and define the marketing strategy for HyClone cell culture products – transforming the business unit, the brand and its go-to market strategies.
Prior to her experience in the private sector, Kiran was a political strategist in Los Angeles – advising politicians on complex litigation matters, construction projects, public planning and economic redevelopment projects. Some of her projects include LAC+USC Hospital Capital Project and the LAC+USC Biotech Park. As a result of her time in the public sector, she knows how to cut through bureaucracies to get results and the importance of keeping it simple.
Throughout her personal and professional experiences, Kiran has been a fixer – called upon to take on difficult challenges that require objective, well thought-out and complex solutions. She now applies this passion for problem solving in helping businesses grow and expand on a global scale.
